This keypad changed my work flow immensely! Its fully programmable via Vial and has tap / hold / and double tap options for each button. So 16 buttons times 3! The design is classy and the quality is outstanding. Just love it. Tadas is very outgoing and offers great service. I asked for some extra buttons and offered to pay extra for it, but he send everything all included, no extra pay needed. Thanks! 🙏❤️
The item came as described, feels bespoke (no blemishes either) and works and functions as intended. It comes pre-flashed with firmware so you can plug it in, and if you have Vial downloaded already you can immediately set and program the keys. The controller has a good sized memory so it can store a lot of functions too. I would highly recommend this item for yourself or as a gift for tech enthusiasts in your life!

Beautiful and minimal macropad. Love it! The wooden case was the main reason I chose it, and it looks amazing! Great build quality and key feel. Works flawlessly with Logic Pro and saves space thanks to 5 layers, double-tap and hold options (in total 240 macros should be more then enough). Easy to program via Vial, even for complex commands. RGB control could be more flexible (especially for colorblind users like me) - a different firmware should fix that. *Sadly, my encoder is a bit buggy (jumps unpredictably), and I received black keycaps instead of blue. But visually still a great fit. Overall: customizable, compact, and crafted with love. Best support ever! Would definitely buy again! *He just send me a new plate after i told him my problems. Now everythink is fixed and work like it should. Friendly and fast support.

Awesome little tool that perfectly blends form and factor! I love how the encoder feels to turn. Another plus that I did not realize when I paid for my macropad is that the encoder itself contains a push button (feels very nice to activate). The Vial app provides a nice way to interface the macropad as well as extensive control and customization options over the device. Compared to the product photos the board gets delivered with the encoder soldered on. For my purposes I needed a button instead. Seller send me the needed parts to swap. Thank you!

Today I received the KLAWOS macropad and I am really impressed with it. The quality is outstanding, and it has some serious weight to it. The black on black I got looks really beautiful in real life, even better than in the photo. I did not get to programming the keyboard yet, but I am sure that will work perfectly as it uses standard Vial.

Macro-pad with knob arrived as described and in great condition. It included clear setup instructions and works perfectly. I love the weight and feel of the rotary knob. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more weight to the pad overall, perhaps as an optional add-on. The package was initially returned to sender by customs, which was no fault of Klawos, and they promptly resent it upon request. However, I didn’t receive further communication or tracking information. After a couple of weeks, I began to worry it might not arrive, but just as I was about to reach out, it did. A quick confirmation of the reshipment would have been appreciated. Overall, a good experience, and I would definitely purchase again.

I purchased this item to use as a shortcut keypad with my DAW. It was shipped promptly and arrived in good time. The quality of the construction is excellent. You do need to be somewhat computer software savvy to configure the Macropad to do what you want but it's not difficult once you get the hang of it. It works perfectly for my needs. Keystroke shortcuts that used to require two hands on the PC keyboard are now one button click.

Not at all. We’ve pre-flashed every unit with Vial. This means you just open a web browser (or the Vial desktop app), and you can drag and drop your shortcuts onto any key in real-time. No "flashing" or coding knowledge required.
Think of a layer like a different "mode" for your macropad. You can have one layer for Photoshop, one for Premiere Pro, and one for basic Chrome browsing. With 6 layers available, your 16 keys effectively become 96 different shortcuts.
Yes! We use high-quality hot-swap sockets. If you ever want to change the "feel" or "sound" of your macropad, you can pull the switches out and snap in new ones (any MX-style switch) without ever touching a soldering iron.
Almost anything! Most users use it for volume control or scrolling, but you can program it to zoom in/out, adjust brush sizes in Photoshop, scrub through video timelines, or even switch between browser tabs. It also clicks down like a regular button!
To reduce electronic waste, we don’t include a generic cable in the box, as most creators already have high-quality USB-C cables. However, we recommend using any standard USB-C to USB-A (or USB-C) data cable.
